I absolutely love this place to the people that work there to the people that come in every day. The people that work here are so friendly and kind to all. I would totally tell anyone that asked me where to go for braces or ect. I would say LakePointe for sure!

Everyone is so nice every time I am at the office! It makes the appointments much more enjoyable and all the staff is willing to do whatever you need to make your appointment enjoyable.

I absolutely love Lakepointe! I have been coming here since the summer of 2015, and each time I walk in I feel so comfortable and welcome. The staff is very respectful of you and your wants or needs, and make sure you are very comfortable before they begin anything. You can always tell that their number one concern is you, and that never changes while you are there. When you walk in you are immediately greeted by the smiling faces at the front desk and seated in a fun relaxing environment. From there a super nice staff member walks you back to the nautical themed chair. Before they begin they make sure to tell you what will happen, and ask if you have any questions. If during the process you have a question, they immediately stop and answer in detail to make sure you are alright with everything that's happening. I used to be super afraid of anything dental, even signing in to the computer. Now I walk into Lakepointe feeling excited to continue my journey to a pretty smile!! I would't be at the place I am with my smile if it weren't for the amazing orthodontists and the awesome staff!!

i love the staff and the facilty! everyone is so nice and takes care of me while im there. i love how there are incentives to take care of your teeth.
