Lakepointe orthodontics and it's staff are wonderful. That are prompt and kind. The office is inviting to both children and parents. From tablets, books and video games for the kids to computer access and coffee/tea/hot coco and a variety of reading material for parents. Lakepointe has anticipated everyone's needs to create a pleasant experience that is not a dreaded appointment. The rewards program inspires kids to be on time, keep their teeth healthy and care for their appliances, which takes some of the pressure off parents.
